About Us

Finding purpose. Inspiring change. One life at a time.

What started as one man's calling to serve in prison ministry has grown into a movement to provide formerly incarcerated men with the tools to break the cycle of recidivism. Through faith-based guidance, transitional housing, career development, and mental health support, we’re helping men reclaim their futures with dignity, strength, and purpose.

Our Story

When Pepe Silva began volunteering in Prison Ministry with his local church, it was more than just outreach.  It became a calling.  He bore witness to the testimonies of numerous inmates and began to understand the challenges that these inmates would face when they were released.  A deep passion grew, igniting the desire to make a positive transformation in the lives of previously incarcerated men.

ReIgniting Hope was founded to meet that calling and go beyond the walls of prison ministry. The goal: to break the cycle of recidivism by addressing the real, everyday challenges that hold men back after release: lack of housing, limited job opportunities, and the absence of a stable support system.

We focus on every part of the journey: housing, career development, emotional healing, and faith. Through it all, we walk with Christ and stand with each man as he builds a life of purpose, one grounded in faith and driven by hope.
